Job Duties: 

1. Prepare and file employment-based immigration petitions, including EB-1A (Extraordinary Ability), EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW), and I-140 immigrant visa petitions.

2. Draft Legal Documents, such as petition letters and supporting documentation for immigration and non- immigration petitions.

3. Conduct in-depth legal analysis of clients’ credentials and determine eligibility under standards.

4. Provide legal representation in family-based and non-immigrant matters, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, and Adjustment of Status (I-485) applications.

5. Advise clients on immigration strategies tailored to their qualifications.

6. Respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs), and other complex USCIS communications.

7. Conduct ongoing legal research on USCIS adjudication trends, relevant precedent decisions, and administrative policies to ensure effective petition strategies.

8. Analyze emerging federal court rulings, AAO decisions, and policy memoranda to adapt legal approaches and ensure compliance.

9. Research comparable case precedents and successful filings in similar fields to enhance the persuasiveness of case submissions.

10. Work closely with legal assistants and support staff to ensure accurate and timely case preparation and filing.

Requirements:

1. Master’s degree in law, or Juris Doctor.

2. Bar License or have passed the Bar exam in any US State.

3. One year of experience conducting legal research, analyzing relevant laws, and drafting legal documents for family-based and non-immigrant matters, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, and Adjustment of Status (I-485) applications, and EB1A and NIW petitions.  

4. Skills in conducting in-depth legal research using professional tools like Westlaw and LexisNexis.
