 SUCCESSFUL CASES

At Owen Gu Law Group P.C., we have a proven track record of successfully handling a wide range of immigration cases, from employment-based petitions to family-sponsored applications. Over the years, we have helped numerous clients achieve their immigration goals through strategic legal representation, meticulous case preparation, and a deep understanding of USCIS adjudication standards.

An I-797 approval notice is an official document issued by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to confirm that a petition or application has been successfully adjudicated and approved. While we are proud of our over 95% approval rate, we emphasize that each case is unique, with outcomes depending on individual circumstances. Below is a curated selection of recent approval notices, highlighting our expertise in navigating complex immigration matters and securing successful outcomes for our clients.
